Woot! Omg! Um…I Got Myself into What?

Hail all and OMG!

OMG! I’m sorry for all the caps, but I can’t contain myself. Believe it or not, my warlock segment is in the Convert To Raid podcast show #49 this week! Woot! The producers contacted me today letting me know that they accepted my first segment. So, I downloaded and yep it’s there, and I want to thank you all for the support on this unexpected project turned, well…into a regular segment?! I really do appreciate all the comments and emails everyone sent. It just goes to show that you never know what can happen until you try something, and not be afraid to fail. I’m not sure what the future holds, but often it’s the small victories like this that keep you going in the long haul!

Now, please let me know what you think of the segment and be honest. I need brutal honesty for improvement! Let me know what you like and what you don’t like about it. It really will help me out for future segments.

Until then, I just want to say from the bottom of this old warlock’s heart…THANK YOU!

Humbled and Wishing You My Best

  1. Your Voidwalker’s voice is perfect, he sounds just like Sally’s. While I enjoyed the whole show I had three Warlocks poking at me to skip to the end so they’re a little annoyed with me right now.

Very nice informative segment, makes it harder and harder to wait for Mists … what? … Sally says next time make fun of those pretty in pink sissies, you know, those Mages. Sorry, she gets carried away when it comes to them, I hope she never finds out I have a baby Mage on another server,

Thought the voice you decided to use worked very well, looking forward to hearing more!

    • Heya Tome,

Thanks for the kind words. Well that’s about as close to a voidwalker as I can get with my inexperience. The real voice? Well yep, that’s me. Sending /pokes at mages will probably happen over time :) The biggest problem I face is the time factor. It has to be short and conscise and they want class specific info, so that leaves little room for creativity or other tangents I’d like to discuss. We shall see – Thanks for listening!

Oh I can’t wait to get home so I can listen to it. Listening to podcasts at work is never a good idea.
